Three districts — pick the one that fits your day
All three locations are open. On Hot Desk you switch districts as your plans change; on Fix Desk you pick one location and keep a permanent seat in it.
-
Mokotów
The corporate south: office towers around Domaniewska, with Pole Mokotowskie park and quiet residential streets beside them. Busy by day, calm by evening.
-
Wola
The new business Warsaw: the towers around Rondo Daszyńskiego went up on former factory land. Two M2 stops to the centre, shortest commute from the west.
-
Śródmieście
The centre, where everything is close: both metro lines, the Central Station, restaurants and hotels. The easiest place to meet a client travelling in.
The commute fits your day, not the other way round. With one address that is not possible.
A working format for different jobs
The space is built for people who work alone or in a small team.
-
Freelancers
When you need a proper desk instead of a café table or the kitchen counter.
We suggest Hot Desk -
Remote employees
For focused work, video calls and a clear line between home and the working day.
We suggest Fix Desk -
Founders and sole traders
To work, hold meetings and receive guests somewhere that looks the part.
We suggest Fix Desk -
Small teams
When you need a private room or a few desks — without renting a whole office.
We suggest a private room
A room worth staying in
Light, quiet and the ability to concentrate appear in no inventory of equipment. They are also what decides how the working day turns out.
-
You turn the lamp on later than you would at home.
Tall windows let in far more daylight than a kitchen or a spare room converted into an office. You notice the difference late rather than early — around six, when getting up to leave still does not appeal.
-
Nobody comes over to ask for "just a minute".
At home the household interrupts; in a café it is other people’s conversations and the hunt for a socket. Here you decide when the break happens, not the doorbell or the washing-up. It is what people come for.
-
People nearby exactly as much as you want them.
Working from home is quiet, but it is also deaf. Here you can go a whole day without speaking to anyone, or step away from the monitor and exchange a word — some problems get solved precisely that way.
Choose the way you work
One day, a flexible month, or a desk of your own. Prices in złoty, net and gross with 23% VAT.

What's in the price
Everything a working day needs is already in the rate. The plan decides the term and the kind of seat — not what you get to use.
-
Fast Wi-Fi
A connection where a video call does not drop halfway through a sentence.
-
A chair for a full day
The kind your back stops noticing after eight hours.
-
Sockets at every seat
No hunting for a free one and no extension lead across half the room.
-
Quiet when you need it
Somewhere to concentrate and finish what you started.
-
Coffee and tea
No limit and no coins for a machine.
-
A kitchen
Fridge, microwave and kettle — lunch from home does not have to be eaten cold.
-
A lounge area
Included in the membership, not charged by the hour like a meeting room.
-
Printing and scanning
Print a contract or scan a document on site, without hunting for a copy shop.
-
Somewhere to take calls
A separate area for calls and video, so you are not talking over your neighbour.
-
Receiving a guest
Meet at your place instead of a café — for anything longer, take a meeting room.
-
Cleaning
Tidying is on us. At the end of the day you simply leave.
Eight hours you do not regret.
The same facilities in all three districts. The plan only changes how often you come and whether the desk is permanently yours.
Room for a team, not only for you
Not everyone who works here works alone. A team needs a few desks together, a door that closes, or a room for a meeting — tell us how many of you there are and from when, and we will check what is free.
-
A few desks together
As many seats as there are of you, in one room rather than scattered. The format is the same as for one person.
-
A private room
A door that closes, for a team that works together every day. Size and term are agreed for the particular group.
-
A meeting room by the hour
For meetings, presentations and calls that need a table, quiet and a door. Taken when you need it.
-
A team across districts
One of you lives in Wola, another in Śródmieście. On Hot Desk each goes where it suits — the arrangement is one.
From your request to your first working day
Four steps, and no sales call along the way.
- 01
Pick a plan and a district
Compare the formats and mark where you want to work. The district is optional.
- 02
Leave your contact
Your name and e-mail. Optionally a phone number, a start date and a note.
- 03
Get the confirmation
We will check the details and e-mail the exact address and the invoice.
- 04
Come and work
Your seat is ready — come on the agreed day. Access from 8:00 to 20:00.
Common questions
The things you would ask before a first visit — answered without dodging.
What hours can I work?
Access to the space is open from 8:00 to 20:00.
How is Hot Desk different from Fix Desk?
Hot Desk is any free seat, and you can change district: Wola today, Śródmieście tomorrow. Fix Desk is your own desk in one chosen location, and it stays yours for the whole month.
How do I pay?
Once your request is confirmed we will e-mail you an invoice and you pay against it. There is no card payment on the site.
Can I see the space first?
Yes. Say so in the note on your request — we will agree a time and send you the address.
Do I need my own company?
No. Private individuals, freelancers, sole traders and small teams all work here. That is why we publish net and gross separately for every plan.
Do you provide a registered business address?
No. We rent desks, private rooms and meeting rooms, but we do not provide a registered address and we do not handle mail.
Who issues the invoice?
Marketing And Advertising Solution — the company that takes payments for Wisła Work Hub.
