What we provide, how a request works, and on what terms the space runs.
What these terms cover
They cover the use of desks, private rooms and meeting rooms at Wisła Work Hub in Warsaw. Contracts and invoices are issued by Marketing And Advertising Solution Sp. z o. o., NIP 5252924031, registered at Hoża 86 / 410, 00-682 Warszawa, Polska.
What we provide
Desks under the Day Pass, Hot Desk and Fix Desk plans, plus private rooms and meeting rooms on separately agreed terms.
We do not provide a registered address for business registration and we do not handle mail.
Request and confirmation
A request on the site is not a booking and does not form a contract. We check availability, confirm the details, and only then send the address of the location you chose and the invoice.
Payment
Once your request is confirmed we send an invoice to the e-mail you gave us. There is no online payment on the site. Prices are quoted net; 23% VAT is added.
Access to the space
Access is open from 8:00 to 20:00. Hot Desk and Day Pass give you any free desk; Fix Desk assigns you a specific desk in one chosen location.
How to behave in the space
The space is shared. Phone and video calls belong in the area set aside for them or in a meeting room. A desk is left fit for the next person.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment your request is confirmed is the one that applies.
